Ingredients

  • 200 g Farfalle
  • Salt water
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini, peeled
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 2 kiwi (s) (gold kiwi), peeled
  • 2 teaspoons thyme, dried
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 50 ml water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and then drain. Dice the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, tomato, garlic and the kiwi fruit.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and sweat the onion cubes in it. Add 50 ml of water and the diced paprika, zucchini, tomato and garlic. Add the thyme, paprika powder and honey.
  3. After 5 minutes add the pasta, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the kiwi cubes and leave the pasta on the stove for another 2 minutes.
