  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)

  • 6 kiwi (s)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 g almond (s)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 75 g butter

Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the flour with the baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the butter, the egg and 3 tablespoons of milk and knead everything into a smooth dough. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Lay out the dough in a large round springform pan.
  2. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit and place on top of the batter. Now the cake is baked for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, the ingredients (all the information in the list of ingredients below the kiwi fruit) for the glaze are put in a small saucepan and boiled once, stirring constantly. Take the cake out of the oven and spread the butter icing on top. Now the cake has to be in the oven for another 10 minutes.
