Wash the grapefruit and mint. Quarter the grapefruit and cut into slices. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
Pour the fruit pieces, pomegranate seeds and mint into a large carafe or jug with water and leave to stand in a cool place for at least 1 hour. The longer the water stands, the more intense the taste. We drink it the next day.
Serve the drink with ice cubes and a few mint leaves. The grapefruit slices can be added to serve.
