Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit (s), untreated or washed off well
- 0.5 ½ pomegranate
- 3 stalks mint
- 1 liter water

- Wash the grapefruit and mint. Quarter the grapefruit and cut into slices. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
- Pour the fruit pieces, pomegranate seeds and mint into a large carafe or jug with water and leave to stand in a cool place for at least 1 hour. The longer the water stands, the more intense the taste. We drink it the next day.
- Serve the drink with ice cubes and a few mint leaves. The grapefruit slices can be added to serve.
