Wash the fruit, peel it if necessary and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Then mix with the lime juice and brown sugar. Tear up the basil and mix in as well (sounds strange, but tastes delicious - just try it out).
Beat the cream with the icing sugar until stiff. Then mix with the quark and amaretto (of course you can also do this without alcohol).
Put the fruit salad in a baking dish and spread the quark mixture on top. Chill for a while.
To eat, crumble the cantuccini (works great with an ice crusher) and sprinkle with the brittle on the quark.
