Ingredients
- 3 banana (s)
- 1 orange (s)
- 1 apple, more tart
- 200 g rapes, white, seedless
- 0.5 ½ honeydew melon (s)
- 0.5 ½ mango (s)
- possibly kiwi (s) if required
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 3 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 7 basil leaves
- 200 g whipped cream
- 100 g powdered suar
- 250 g cream quark (also low-fat if required)
- 3 tablespoon amaretto
- 50 g biscuit (s) (Cantuccini)
- 3 tablespoon brittle

- Wash the fruit, peel it if necessary and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Then mix with the lime juice and brown sugar. Tear up the basil and mix in as well (sounds strange, but tastes delicious - just try it out).
- Beat the cream with the icing sugar until stiff. Then mix with the quark and amaretto (of course you can also do this without alcohol).
- Put the fruit salad in a baking dish and spread the quark mixture on top. Chill for a while.
- To eat, crumble the cantuccini (works great with an ice crusher) and sprinkle with the brittle on the quark.
