Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, ripe
- 1 mango (s), ripe
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 apple
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- Fruits your choice (e.g. strawberries, star fruit, melon )
- 2 tablespoon honey (blossom honey)
- some ginger, fresher
- 5 leaves mint or lemon balm, fresh

- Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces, as well as the mango and the banana. Wash the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into pieces. Wash and clean the strawberries, also cut into pieces.
- Squeeze half a lemon. Put the fruit pieces in a bowl, drizzle the lemon juice over them. Peel a 1 - 2 cm piece of ginger and cut it into fine cubes. Roughly chop the mint.
