Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ pineapple
- 1 mango (s)
- 1 apple
- some grapes, red, seedless
- 1 kiwi (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 100 g almond (s), chopped
- 30 g desiccated coconut

- Cut the fruit into cubes of the same size, but halve the grapes and slice the bananas. Put in a bowl, drizzle with lemon and honey, stir and let steep for about 20 minutes.
- Roast the chopped almonds in a pan and mix with the desiccated coconut into the fruit salad just before serving. Pour into small bowls and serve.
