Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt, 0.1% fat, large
- 1 cup cream
- 3 tablespoon flaxseed
- 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoon oatmeal
- 3 tablespoon table bran, (wheat bran)
- some honey
- some cinnamon
- 1 kg fruit, at least 3 different types (e.g. banana, pear and grapes)

- Mix the yogurt and cream together in a large bowl. Flax seeds, sesame seeds. Add the oat flakes and wheat bran, mix everything together well and season with honey and cinnamon.
- Now prepare the fruit and, if necessary, cut into small pieces and fold in.
- Chill the salad until serving!
