Clean the leek, removing the dark green and the roots. Then cut into small pieces. Sweat in the melted butter in a closed saucepan for about 5 minutes and season with soy sauce and the spices.
Place a portion of the leek on each slice of meat loaf and sprinkle some of the cheese over it. Roll up the slices and place them close together (the seam at the bottom) in a buttered baking dish. Scatter the rest of the cheese on top.
Baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
