Work the ingredients up to and including salt into a dough, do not knead. Press two thirds of it into the springform pan and form a rim about 3 cm high. Roll out the remaining dough onto baking paper as a lid.
For the filling brown the sugar, deglaze with water and dissolve while stirring. Add the nuts, cream and honey, stir well and let cool a little.
