- Dice half the red pepper, the yellow pepper and the shallots. Rinse the rocket and pat dry.
- Chop the rest of the red peppers, squeeze in the garlic and purée finely. Stir in oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, diced paprika and shallot.
- Arrange the salmon with the rocket on 4 plates and pour the marinade on top.
- Serve with a baguette.
