Ingredients

  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 360 g salmon (ravlax, 3 slices per servin)
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 100 g rocket
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice half the red pepper, the yellow pepper and the shallots. Rinse the rocket and pat dry.
  2. Chop the rest of the red peppers, squeeze in the garlic and purée finely. Stir in oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, diced paprika and shallot.
  3. Arrange the salmon with the rocket on 4 plates and pour the marinade on top.
  4. Serve with a baguette.
