Clean the spinach well and blanch it in salted boiling water, drain, finely chop and set aside.
Dice the onion very finely. Finely dice the bacon and leave it in a pan, add the onions and fry until translucent. Add the spinach and condensed milk, season with the spices and thicken with a little flour.
Potatoes and soft-boiled eggs go well with it.

The condensed milk can also be replaced with cream if you like.
