- 1 kg fresh spinach
- 1 large onion (s)
- 100 g bacon, fat
- 50 ml condensed milk
- nutmeg
- salt
- Pepper White
- Flour

- Clean the spinach well and blanch it in salted boiling water, drain, finely chop and set aside.
- Dice the onion very finely. Finely dice the bacon and leave it in a pan, add the onions and fry until translucent. Add the spinach and condensed milk, season with the spices and thicken with a little flour.
- Potatoes and soft-boiled eggs go well with it.
- Tip:
- The condensed milk can also be replaced with cream if you like.
