Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with the feta cheese, oregano, onions, garlic, salt, paprika powder and pepper well together. Shape the minced meat mixture into 4 thin meatballs / meatballs and place in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix the yogurt with mint leaves and dill in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the bowl of yogurt in the refrigerator.
  3. Now fry the meatballs in the olive oil until golden brown on both sides. If you use pita bread, cut it into 4 equal pieces. Now a slice of bread, then top with tomato, cucumber, some yogurt sauce (not too much, otherwise it will be mushy!) And the bread lid.
