Finely chop the onions and garlic, sauté in a large pan in a little fat. Add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add the chopped peppers and sauté until translucent.
Drain the canned tomatoes, dice and add to the meat with the tomato paste, kidney beans and quartered olives and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread the diced sheep cheese on top. Finally, coat everything with crème fraîche.
