Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 small Jar olives
  • 300 g sheep cheese
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions and garlic, sauté in a large pan in a little fat. Add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add the chopped peppers and sauté until translucent.
  2. Drain the canned tomatoes, dice and add to the meat with the tomato paste, kidney beans and quartered olives and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread the diced sheep cheese on top. Finally, coat everything with crème fraîche.
  4. Baked for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. It goes well with flatbread and coleslaw.
