  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 dash cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed (possibly more)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Crumble the sheep cheese in a bowl or mash it with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to a smooth mass.
  2. Add enough creme fraiche to achieve the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a little more tomato paste or garlic if you like.
  3. In my opinion, only real sheep`s cheese brings the full taste, not the cheaper variant made from cow`s milk.
  4. Tastes great with bread or grilled.
