- Wash the herbs and pluck the leaves off. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
- Put the schnitzel with the herbs and garlic and 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a freezer bag and marinate for approx. 2 hours.
- Halve the feta cheese first horizontally and then crosswise, so that you get 4 thin slices of cheese. Turn the cheese in flour.
- Just dab the schnitzel lightly, season with salt and pepper and fry nicely on each side.
- Remove the schnitzel from the pan, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest.
- Briefly fry the feta cheese slices in the hot frying fat of the schnitzel on both sides.
- Arrange the schnitzel on the plates and place the cheese slices on top of the schnitzel.
- A Greek farmer`s salad and baguette go perfectly with it.
