Bring the water to the boil, then take it off the stove. Add the olive oil and stir in the couscous while stirring. Then let it draw covered.
Meanwhile, clean the tomatoes and peppers and cut into cubes together with the feta cheese. Core the olives and cut into wide slices together with the caper apples.
Put the pulled couscous in a bowl and fluff with a fork. Add the cut ingredients and mix well.
The salad can be eaten warm immediately, but it also tastes cold.
