Ingredients
- 250 ml water
- 180 g couscous (instant couscous)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 10 olives, green
- 15 medium caper apples

- Bring the water to the boil, then take it off the stove. Add the olive oil and stir in the couscous while stirring. Then let it draw covered.
- Meanwhile, clean the tomatoes and peppers and cut into cubes together with the feta cheese. Core the olives and cut into wide slices together with the caper apples.
- Put the pulled couscous in a bowl and fluff with a fork. Add the cut ingredients and mix well.
- The salad can be eaten warm immediately, but it also tastes cold.
