Instructions

  1. The meat is cut into cubes. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and pour the marinade over the meat, and leave the meat covered in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Drain the marinade.
  2. For grilling, place the meat on oiled skewers and grill over medium heat.
