Knead all the dough ingredients. Put 2/3 of it in a greased springform pan (26 cm) and press up the edge. Roll out the remaining part and cut into 1 cm wide strips.
Heat the oil and fry the minced meat in it. Add onion, grated carrots and crushed garlic. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and coriander. Pour in the vegetable stock, season to taste and then distribute the mixture on the dough. Decorate with strips of pastry.
