Defrost the spinach. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and let it drain.
Peel or wash the mushrooms, onions and garlic. Quarter the mushrooms and finely chop the onion. Fry the mushrooms and onion in a pan until the onion is translucent. Add pasta and fry until crispy. Squeeze the garlic. Add spinach and cream and fry briefly.
Coarsely crumble the cheese with your hands and add to the pan. Heat until the cheese has melted and serve.
