Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil. Add the rice and milk and simmer, stirring constantly, until the rice becomes soft.
  2. Then add the sugar and mix the potato flour with a little water and stir into the rice.
  3. Separate the eggs and stir the two yolks into the rice pudding.
  4. Add the vanilla pulp to the finished rice and stir in.
  5. Let cool in bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon.
