Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the roulades and season with paprika powder. Then roll up with the peppers, feta cheese and garlic cloves, pinch with skewers.
  2. Sear the roulades, wrap in aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 75 degrees for 45 minutes.
  3. It goes well with fried potatoes and delicious, homemade tzatziki.
