Instructions

  1. Core and slice the olives, press the garlic through. Finely chop the cheese with a fork and mix with the soft butter, then gradually add the milk, tomato paste, spices to taste and finally the olives and garlic. Let it steep a little before serving.
  2. Tastes good on baguettes, farmhouse bread or as a dip for raw vegetables.
