Instructions

  1. Sear the minced meat in olive oil, add the chopped or pressed garlic cloves and season with salt, pepper and the dried spices. Should taste something like gyros.
  2. Cut the cucumber, onion and tomato into small pieces. Now layer everything in a bowl as follows:
  3. Coleslaw, minced meat, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, cucumber and tomato.
  4. Now mix the sour cream, tzatziki, the herbs with salt and pepper and pour over the salad as a sauce. Put everything in a cool place until eaten.
