Preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan-assisted air. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the green asparagus and peel the lower third. Spread the asparagus on the tray, drizzle with the olive oil and toss around a little. Then salt, pepper, sprinkle with a few chilli flakes and season with garlic.
Bake on the middle rack for about 10 minutes.
Tastes good as an accompaniment to meat and fish or as a low carb main course.
