Wash the asparagus and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm long. Fry the asparagus pieces in a pan as desired. Meanwhile, cut the mango, avocado and mozzarella into small pieces. Prepare a dressing with dark balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper and herbs. Mix all ingredients with the dressing and enjoy warm or cold. A fresh ciabatta tastes good with it.
