Wash green asparagus, pat dry and remove wooden spots. Halve the asparagus lengthways.
For the marinade, chop the garlic and place in a bowl. Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and honey and stir. First stir in the avocado oil drop by drop and then slowly so that an even emulsion is created. The marinade can be seasoned with salt and pepper if you like.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and marinate the asparagus.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Turn the asparagus in between.
I recommend a seared tuna steak and steamed rice with it.
