Instructions

  1. Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Then take it out and quench it with cold water. It is even better to place in a bowl with ice water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Then drain well.
  3. Mix with oil and balsamic vinegar. Add the pepper and finally Gomasio and mix.
  4. Let it steep for about 30 minutes and serve.
