For the dressing:

Instructions
Cook the beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, drain, rinse and drain.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing well, pour over the cooled beans and let steep for at least 3 hours. Then mix with the sheep`s cheese, olives and tomatoes and serve.
