Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and chop the beans. Cook in boiling salted water together with the savory for approx. 12-18 minutes (the beans must not become too soft!).
  2. In the meantime, make a marinade with the finely chopped onions, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the hot beans and mix with the marinade. Then cover and put in the fridge overnight.
