Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the finely diced onion and fry. If you like, you can add a squeezed clove of garlic. Now add the beans and stir well. Salt, pepper and season with savory, deglaze with a good dash of water or broth.
Now put the lid on and let the beans simmer on a low flame for about 10 minutes. Finally, season again with salt and pepper.
