This salad is obscenely simple, but no less tasty and healthy! It can be prepared quickly and easily if guests are already on the doorstep or if they want some vegetables for dinner. Delicious!

Prepare the dressing. To do this, combine the yolk, salt, pepper, French mustard and some olive oil. Use a mixer to beat the sauce (3-5 minutes).
Melt the butter over medium heat and saute the beans. Salt it, add chopped garlic, pepper. You can add spices. The beans will be ready in 2 minutes.
Let the beans cool to room temperature, put them in a bowl and add the boiled egg, cut into large pieces, to it. Add some finely chopped dill there.
Add the dressing and stir the salad. Place on a platter and garnish with sauce, olives and onions.
