Green Beans and Egg Salad Ingredients

  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Green beans – 100 Grams
  • Butter – 20 grams
  • Dill – 10 Grams
  • Garlic – 5 Grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Hot Pepper – To taste
  • Yolk – 1 Piece
  • French Mustard – 20 Grams
  • Olive Oil – 15 Grams

Green Beans and Egg Salad Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing. To do this, combine the yolk, salt, pepper, French mustard and some olive oil. Use a mixer to beat the sauce (3-5 minutes).
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat and saute the beans. Salt it, add chopped garlic, pepper. You can add spices. The beans will be ready in 2 minutes.

  3. Let the beans cool to room temperature, put them in a bowl and add the boiled egg, cut into large pieces, to it. Add some finely chopped dill there.
  4. Add the dressing and stir the salad. Place on a platter and garnish with sauce, olives and onions.
