Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes and rinse with cold water. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthways.
  2. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white with a teaspoon and place in a container.
  3. Wash, dry, chop the cress and add to the egg yolk with the Miracel Whip.
  4. Puree with the hand blender and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the green cream into a piping bag with a round, jagged nozzle and squirt into the hollowed out egg halves.
  6. Arrange the finished green eggs in any way you like.
