- Boil the eggs for 8 minutes and rinse with cold water. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthways.
- Separate the egg yolk from the egg white with a teaspoon and place in a container.
- Wash, dry, chop the cress and add to the egg yolk with the Miracel Whip.
- Puree with the hand blender and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the green cream into a piping bag with a round, jagged nozzle and squirt into the hollowed out egg halves.
- Arrange the finished green eggs in any way you like.
