Instructions

  1. Peel the fruit and cut into small pieces. Mix the fruit cubes with lemon and apple juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix the cornstarch in a little water, pour into the boiling mass and bring to the boil again.
  2. Pour the groats into a glass bowl or serving bowls and let cool.
  3. Mix the yoghurt with the vanilla sugar and serve with the well-chilled groats.
