Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the lettuce.
  2. For the marinade, whisk together vinegar, oil, water and mustard with a fork, then season with salt, pepper and possibly a little vinegar. Dice the Gorgonzola and pour over the salad, coarsely chop the nuts and sprinkle over the salad
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir everything carefully.
