Roughly chop the kiwi fruit, pear or apple and puree with a handful of grapes. Add half the avocado, lamb`s lettuce, spinach and ginger and puree again. Top up with still water until the desired consistency is achieved.
The amount is easily enough for 4 large glasses of 240 ml each. So 1 - 1.5 liters are obtained during preparation. Depending on how liquid or mushy you like the smoothie.
Tips: If you like, season with lemon and salt.
Grapes and spinach can also be omitted.
If you find it too much at once, I recommend freezing in portions.
