Remove the pulp of the avocado from the skin with a spoon and place in a blender. Peel the grapefruit and put it in the blender without being filleted. Add the juice and pulp of the lemon and the washed lettuce leaves.
Then fill the mixer up to the 1 liter mark with water and mix on the highest level for 2 minutes. If that`s too sour for you, you can add some agave syrup and mix again briefly.
Tip: I recommend saving some of this green smoothie and serving it as a sauce over pieces of pineapple as a dessert.
