The green ingredients should be about the same amount in the mixer - except for the mint, one stalk is enough here. Put all ingredients in the blender and puree.
It is best to store the fruit and water in the refrigerator beforehand so that the smoothie is nice and cold and fresh immediately after mixing. For the same reason, I always use frozen spinach and frozen kale instead of fresh.
For guests, decorate with a little mint and maybe a slice of orange.
