Ingredients
- 5 cubes kale, frozen, minis
- 5 cubes spinach, frozen, minis
- 1 handful rocket
- 1 handful lamb`s lettuce
- 1 banana (s)
- 0.5 ½ apple
- 1 orange (s)
- 1 sprig mint
- 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s)
- 300 ml water

- The green ingredients should be about the same amount in the mixer - except for the mint, one stalk is enough here. Put all ingredients in the blender and puree.
- It is best to store the fruit and water in the refrigerator beforehand so that the smoothie is nice and cold and fresh immediately after mixing. For the same reason, I always use frozen spinach and frozen kale instead of fresh.
- For guests, decorate with a little mint and maybe a slice of orange.
