- 2 kiwi (s)
- 200 ml orange juice
- 1 handful spinach

- Everyone knows smoothies by now, but what about a green one? Green smoothies are all the rage and there is now something for everyone, even those who hate vegetables. This recipe is a real beginner`s recipe because firstly you get a wonderful green color and secondly the spinach doesn`t taste that much. Spinach has a somewhat earthy aroma, which is drowned out by the pineapple.
- First clean the pineapple, cut out the stalk and puree the pulp with the orange juice. Now peel the bananas and kiwis, add them and puree them too.
- If you have received young spinach, simply wash it, add it and mix it as well, remove the stems from large spinach leaves and only put the leaves in the blender.
