Ingredients

  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 kiwi (s)
  • 100 ml grape juice
  • 2 handfuls spinach leaves, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon tea (matcha powder)

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach and add to everything else in the blender. Mix until everything is evenly dark green and no bits can be seen. Possibly add a little water if the blender is overwhelmed.
  2. Use other fruits (peach, pineapple, etc.) or other green vegetables (lamb`s lettuce / carrot greens / chard / beetroot leaves) as desired.
