Ingredients
- 3 handfuls radish leaves or radish leaves
- 1 handful oak leaf lettuce
- 2 large plums, blue
- 0.5 ½ large apple
- 250 ml water
- 1 teaspoon heaped erythritol (sugar substitute) or other sweetener

- Wash and core the plums. Cut into pieces and put in the blender. Wash and add the leaves (I often get from the garbage in my health food store) and the salad. Wash the apple (remove only the flower) and cut into pieces. Put the apple pieces, erythritol and the water in the blender on the salad. Mix everything for about 2 minutes or choose the green smoothie program. Sweeten to your liking, not every fruit is equally sweet.
