- 1 banana (s)
- 1 slice (s) pineapple
- 1 handful spinach, kid
- 1 teaspoon blossom pollen, for sprinkling, as desired
- 0.5 ½ glass water, possibly more

- Peel the banana and put it in the blender, add the peeled pineapple in pieces, add the young spinach and pour in water. First chop all ingredients and then stir on high until creamy. Depending on the desired creaminess, add water.
- Pour into a nice glass and - if desired - garnish with pollen.
- A smoothie that tastes full of fruit and is enhanced by green leafy vegetables.
