Ingredients
- 100 g oatmeal
- 100 ml yogurt, or soy yogurt
- 200 ml coconut milk, or coconut flavored rice milk (is lower in fat)
- 2 tablespoon flaxseed
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 0.5 ½ pineapple
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
- nuts
- honey, or agave syrup, fructose, stevia etc.

- It is best to soak oat flakes, flax seeds and coconut flakes in the milk a day in advance and store in the refrigerator.
- You can also use them straight away or boil them in the milk. But then let it cool down first, otherwise it will be a warm muesli.
- Cut the pineapple into small bite-sized pieces and mix all the ingredients together. Season to taste, possibly adding some milk or yoghurt, depends on the desired consistency.
- At the end of your choice, sprinkle a few chopped nuts on top.
- For the vegan variant, you replace the yoghurt and honey with appropriate vegetable products.
